USTR Seeks Public Comments on Section 301

The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) is inviting public input on proposed changes to Section 301 tariffs on Chinese products, with comments due by June 28, 2024. Furthermore, certain product exclusions under Section 301 will either be extended or terminated after June 14, 2024.
