$100M Settlement Reached in Dali Ship Collision Case

Grace Ocean Private Ltd. and Synergy Marine Private Ltd. have agreed to a settlement exceeding $100 million in response to a lawsuit regarding the Dali containership’s collision with Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge. The settlement addresses costs related to the Rivers and Harbors Act, Oil Pollution Act, and general maritime law.
