Section 321 Warning to Launch January 11

On January 11, 2025, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will launch Release 2 of Section 321 enhancements to ACE. The update will provide a warning system for de minimis shipments that may exceed the $800 per person/per day threshold.
