The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced significant new use rules (SNURs) for 31 chemical substances under the Toxic Substances Control Act, effective February 10. The rules require notifying the EPA 90 days before manufacturing, importing, or processing these chemicals for significant new uses.
