CBP Issues Guidance on Section 301 Tariff Updates

On December 31, The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance regarding modifications to the Section 301 China Tariff Four-Year Review. These changes include increased tariff rates on five HTSUS subheadings covering certain tungsten products, wafers, and polysilicon.
