Continuing education requirements for individual customs brokers

On June 22, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published a final rule requiring continuing education for individual customs broker license holders. The education requirements will be enforced triennially to ensure that individual brokers “remain knowledgeable about recent developments in customs and related laws as well as international trade and supply chains.”
