DHS Adds China-Based Companies to UFLPA Entity List

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has added three China-based companies to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List due to their involvement in forced labor practices in Xinjiang. The prohibited goods from these entities include seafood, vegetables, frozen foods, shoes, aluminum, graphite, and pre-baked anodes.
