DHS Expands the UFLPA Entity List

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has added 29 companies to its Entity List for suspected involvement in forced labor or sourcing from Xinjiang, raising the total to 107. Starting November 25, goods from these companies are prohibited from entering the U.S. under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA)
