The China Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) has introduced new rules requiring carriers to submit a mandatory Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all bookings via Ningbo, including those destined for, transiting, transshipping, or exporting through the port. These documents must be submitted at least 72 hours before the vessel’s declared cargo gate-in cut-off time.
